Since it’s inception in 1995, BEI Structural Engineers, Inc. has become a leading provider of structural engineering services in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Our prime objective is to exceed each client’s expectations on every project and build lasting relationships.  We realize that the only way to achieve these objectives is to be client-centered.  This means taking the time to listen to the client and determine exactly what the client needs and expects.

Our client-centered attitude has proven successful.  Nearly all of all clients have returned to us for subsequent projects. Today 88% of our current clients have sought our services on multiple projects.  We are proud of these statistics as they are a testament to our ability to provide the quality service that clients deserve and have come to expect.

We have assembled a team of highly dedicated and talented individuals experienced in the design of all types of structural systems.  Our engineers have in excess of 100 years of combined experience while our CADD department has more than 50 years of experience in automated design. With this extensive background, BEI's staff has the ability to professionally handle any structural engineering project.

With offices in Fairfax, VA, we are centrally located to the Mid-Atlantic States. Additionally, our engineers have serviced clients and projects from Maine to the Virgin Islands and from the District of Columbia to California. We are registered with The National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) which allows us to attain multistate licensure efficiently.  We are currently licensed as Professional Engineers in the following states/jurisdictions:

BEI STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS is certified with the Small Business Administration and maintains active memberships with various national building codes, and other engineering associations such as AISC, ACI, ASCE, SEI, NSPE, and SEA-MW. Our engineers are required to stay current with local codes and attend continuing education seminars and courses that address the latest issues and techniques in the structural engineering profession.
